The goal of this project was to respond to specific home based businesses, encourage and nurture small businesses as well as flexible living/working situations. The objectives included building awareness of programming and reinforce a holistic design approach. I designed the business area of the house towards the busy road so that passerby’s could see the business and easily turn in to visit. The house incorporates outside spaces on all three levels to take advantage of entertaining clients. There are views on the top floor of the house that enhance the strip.
